Reconditioning Process
Every Skyjack machine before disassembly will be thoroughly inspected with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools needed to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery put back together according to OEM standards and certain components are replaced with new ones. The parts which get replaced includes: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Furthermore, each unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of 90,000 lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers provides an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These models provide a ninety seven inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
